Populating the template with modules

First of all open the template_positions.pdf file located inside the templates package. There you can see all the available positions in that specific template and their names.

To create a module, in your joomla administrator area go to 'Extensions' - 'Module Manager'. You can use one of the already created modules, like mod_search, just click on it, and all you have to do is change the module's position with one of the template's positions and click 'Apply' or 'Save'
Please note that if you did not make the template default yet, the position names will not be showing in the positions dropdown button.

To create a new module instead, while in the 'Module Manager' click on the 'NEW' button in the upper right corner. There you can select what kind of module you want to create, might be a menu, search, costum html module, etc.

When you create a costum html module, you can put text or images inside the module and all you put in there, will show up in that position when you publish it.

In the module positions you can publish any kind of module the Joomla community offers. Our templates do not restrict you in anything. Where we have published only text, you can put images, slideshows etc.

If in some of the templates we have used modules other than the Joomla core ones, you can find those modules and installation and configuration instructions inside the template package.
