Editing the footer copyright information
If you are using the standard Joomla footer module, you can edit that by going to the folder 'modules/mod_footer' in your joomla installation.If you don't want (don't know) to edit it, what you could do instead, is create a custom module, put in there the copyright text that you want, and publish it.
